Kahurangi will be focused on selling yearling bulls in October each year. The yearling bulls are fed only grass and supplemented with balege over the winter.
All animals are Vaccinated with 10 in 1 and tested BVD free and Vaccinated
Quality Process
Breeding Perfection
A range of stud sires are used to help increase the genetic pool but still focusing heavily on structure and balanced EBVs, with strong growth rates and carcass data to match and meet the market.
Only proven AI sires are used, and the females are then followed up with the very best yearlings or stud bulls.
Kahurangi Angus has also performed extensive embryo work from many of the top performing Dams to increase the original proven bloodlines which should help strengthen the breeding herd well into the future.
